Did you know through Personalization, Function Keys can be assigned to the ?New Icon? functions removing the requirement for mouse clicks and mouse navigation?  For those data entering intense functions, the operator hands will not have to leave the keyboard increasing net throughput.  Taking you hand off the keyboard and executing mouse clicks and navigation can be very time consuming.  For example ?F1? can be assigned for ?New? and ?F12? can be assigned for ?Save?.

We provide data conversions and data scrubbing to prepare your data from an old application for uploading into Vantage or Vista.  When migrating from a different application, the data has to be extracted from the old application and manipulated prior to be uploaded into Vantage or Vista.   We have extensive experience with Vantage or Vista data uploads.  We can avoid the pitfalls because we know the unique Vantage and Vista nuances plus we have extensive business experience to recognize and question the data itself.  We don?t put the responsibility of data integrity on our customers like other providers.  We review the data and assure the applications readiness to receive that data.  

In Vantage and Vista, the Part, Customer, Customer Ship To, Vendor, Purchase Point, and other data tables do not provide global updating or importing capability.  If the List Price, Discounts, Product Class, etcetera require updating, the options are to manually addresses each record and make the required changes or have our technical services upload the changed data at incredible savings both in the upload function and the labor savings over the manual alternative.

Crystal Reports are the output reporting method  for Vantage and Vista, we can modify these reports to your business requirements.  We can link other tables to provide additional meaningful information to Pick Lists, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders or any report generated by Vantage or Vista.
